We develop PC tools and drivers as a link between PC and embedded systems, as well as applications for system configuration and data visualization.

Prototype construction

We offer a comprehensive service for the fast and competent production of your prototypes and pilot series. This includes component and PCB procurement, assembly and mechanical production as well as assembly and testing. 

Equipment:

  • System manual soldering stations, some with nitrogen protective atmosphere
  • Repair stations, some with nitrogen protective atmosphere
  • Vapor phase soldering system for samples and small series
  • BGA rework station
  • Optical inspection systems
  • Personnel trained in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721

Testing, validation
and approval

Our in-house testing facilities include state-of-the-art electronic measuring equipment, a walk-in EMC chamber and a climatic chamber. This allows us to seamlessly verify and optimize compliance with electrical and thermal specifications before and after prototype production.

We handle the approval of your products in accredited laboratories in accordance with the required standards, such as e1/E1, UL, MID, VDE.

Serial production
in large and small quantities

We have been manufacturing small and medium-sized series of electronic devices and assemblies since 1994. Large quantities are manufactured by our long-standing and reliable production partner close to our site.
