Job Description

• Evaluate the quality capability of the supplier base for the supplier selection process based on internal quality requirement and legal/customer requirements and recommend suppliers for operational sourcing decisions.Ensure Audits and evaluation of new suppliers or supplier sites for the material group根据公司供应商选择流程及客户要求对新开发的潜在供应商进行能力评价．对物料供应能力进行现场的稽核及评定
• Estimation and planning of the necessary quality activities as supplier support in agreement with the project team对新项目的新供应商质量体系支持与配合进行规划和评估．
• Tracking and monitoring the supplier by using Advanced quality planning tool.SAP.Data of Warehouse and Audit results.starting after the sourcing decistion for a specific part.Target is to implement very early measures to influence positive quality and cost results for this part and to insure a save launch at the supplier site.运用先进的质量管控工具，ＳＡＰ，仓库管控数据及审核结果对供应商进行跟踪及监控．从而对料件的质量及成本结果，提早采取措施进行干预．
• Developing actions plans to raise the quality performance for suppliers in escalation scenario 2.Implementation and tracking these action with help of Q-methods(FMEA,5W,Define Measure Analyze Improve Control(DMAIC)at suppliers production采取实施计划提高供应商的生产的质量，并通过运用质量管控的方法对实施计划进行跟踪．
• Implement and tracking continuous improvement at supplier for better quality performance.Escalation of those kind of quality problems that can not be solved by the supplier or project team itself to management.Maitain Data Base and SAP.PDM for supplier parts.Planning and doing Product and Process audits and workshops at suppliers不断优化供应商的质量管控，出差到供应商处进行现场的过程审核。
• Creating Quality agreement and standards.Check if these agreements are realized by the supplier.if necessary managerment must be consulted.创建统一的质量协议与标准。并通过咨询等 方式让供应商意识与接受
• Creating Quality /PPM-targeta/PPM-part targets under respect of the development/customer requirements在符合公司发展与客户要求的基础上制定质量目标（PPM）
• Support in creating boundary samples in acclamation with internal customer.supplier and technical departments before SOP.在量产SOP前，协调 客户，供应商及技术部门间完成符合要求的样品提供。
• Support of Series Quality for working on supplier issues.Clarifying technical correlations and help for making decisions.if necessary with internal and external departments.支持供应商在生产产品时质量的管控。在内外的部门间协调，解释清相关的技术问题。
• Support of other quality departments in actual cased if needed regarding to quality,time and costs.Announce possible quality risk to supervisor and follow the excalation process.有关供应商提供产品的质量，交期，成本等问题，支持质量部门澄清有关的质量风险，跟踪相关过程。
• Starting and pushing special tests to find root causes in case of deviations.Checking test results with help of statistic methods.Evaluation of deviations and quality risks.Preparing data for making decisions with superviso跟进相关的测试，发现质量问题的根本起因。用统计方法检讨测试结果。用相关数据作出相应的处理对策。
• Preparing deviations to Swoboda requirements in case of a supplier problem.Monitoring the compliance of this deviation process with supplier对于供应商原因导致的质量偏差。采取相应的对策。监控过程 中偏差的起因
• Be and expert regarding a special material group e.g(metal parts.harnesses.plastic parts).Transfer specific Know How of the material group into the product projects. 对物料（金属件，线束，注塑件）了解相关的特性。
• Be responsible for advanced quatliy planning of critical parts for the material group.Do all supplier quality activities within this group to reach the quality targets.对严格料件运用较为有效的质量计划管控方法，确保供应商的质量
• Build up and support network together with Q-planers purchased parts.buyers.product-project teams and other SQA.Participating within the implementation of new processed and methods regarding supplier quality.协助其他产品项目团队成员完成新制程及管控方法的实施。
