Trainers and trainees organized exciting insights into the highly automated production and the modern technical training center. The new trainees are welcomed on their first day at the swoboda alpin, the large DAV climbing centre in Kempten. After an action-packed climbing round, the new colleagues are introduced to their future career for several days. At Swoboda in Wiggensbach, around 50 young people are currently learning how to handle resources and technologies responsibly.
