"FOCUSING ON THE FUTURE FOR 75 YEARS" is the slogan for our 75th anniversary. Employees celebrated the occasion with their families at our sites around the world during this summer under the motto: FAMILY DAYS@SWOBODA.
A huge amount of interest and an overwhelming number of participants contributed to the success of the events. Factory tours and innovation desks gave visitors the opportunity to learn about our manufacturing operations as well as current and future products. From carousels, go-karts, a race car simulator, to face painting for children, photo boxes, drum events and much more, there was a range of activities for all ages. The selection of culinary delights was just as diverse: Various food trucks, barbecue stations, vegetables, fruit, ice cream, cakes, coffee and soft drinks provided the necessary energy to explore Swoboda and celebrate together.
Many employees followed the invitation with their families, were able to take home Swoboda giveaways and made the events a complete success. In total, the Swoboda Family Days attracted over 5,500 visitors. A big thank you to everyone who was there and everyone who made it possible.
Our colleagues in China were not able to celebrate due to the pandemic , but plan to make up for it during the 10th anniversary of the Kunshan site in 2023. Best wishes to the teams in Kunshan. The US colleagues celebrated their Family Day at the same time as the 25th anniversary of Swoboda US.
