Swoboda keeps on growing. To seize the opportunities being offered by the profound transformation of the automotive industry, the family-owned company continues to drive innovations and the development of new products and technologies. The integration of ISZ and PST, both based in Karlsruhe, marks an important milestone on Swoboda's roadmap to the future.

The proximity to the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) offers not only access to the latest scientific findings but also excellent opportunities for the planned expansion of the new location through the creation of additional jobs.
Frank Zahn, former managing partner of ISZ and PST, will continue to assume responsibility in the capacity of managing director. "The merger with Swoboda is creating long-term development and growth perspectives, and also the potential to use and advance our existing knowledge. It gives me great pleasure to be able to play an active part in the development of the two companies within the Swoboda Group," says Frank Zahn.
