Having bid farewell to Lake Constance, the leading international trade fair anticipates more than 1500 exhibitors and around 100,000 attendees from around the world. Morat Swoboda Motion, the joint venture between Swoboda and the Franz Morat Group, will be returning as an exhibitor. At our Booth H23 in Hall 8, we’ll be showcasing innovative drive components for micromobility that provide comfort and movement in e-bikes, pedelecs and cargo bikes.
A trade show highlight will be our e-bike drive, which is integrated into the bicycle frame. Its streamlined design features a gearbox diameter of 46 mm. The two-stage hybrid planetary gear contributes to improved NVH performance. Through the planetary carrier and a gearbox housing made of aluminum, it is possible to reduce the weight and temperature development simultaneously. The torque is transmitted to the crankshaft by a crown gear set. This means that no axial adjustment of the pinion is necessary, which results in outstanding reliability in the assembly process.
We will also be presenting our compact wheel hub drive. In smart cities, these wheel hub drives act as drives for the proverbial last mile in electric cargo bikes. The powerful and ultra-compact gear units, including an integrated wheel, motor and control system, are part of the e-axle. In addition, we will be more than happy to advise you on our wide range of high-precision gear components made of numerous metals or plastics, which reliably ensure propulsion in a variety of the newest generation of e-bike motors.
